Shipping policy

1. Delivery

We provide free delivery to consumers who purchase $600 or more and reside only in Hong Kong.
For purchases less than $600, a delivery fee will be imposed according to DHL Express rates.
Deliveries will be made within one to three working days from the day of order and payment has been made.

2. Orders

After your order and payment had received, an automated invoice will be generated, which will be sent to your email with your order details and shipping address.
No cancellation of orders once the invoice has generated.
Once accepted goods considered sold and non-refundable.
Wing Heong always strive to fulfil all customers orders; however, in an unlikely event occurred where there is no stock for the ordered product. Our customer representative will contact you to replace a similar product with the same value.
All dried meat products individual packaging will be included in the net weight selected by customers. For example, purchasing 500gms of dried meat. The net weight of the 500gms will consist of individual vacuum-sealed bags.

All prices quoted on the Wing Heong website (www.wingheong.hk) are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Prices can be subject to change without prior.
The special promotion is valid while stock lasts.
Hong Kong SAR does not have a VAT, goods and services tax, or sales tax.
